The free tier of HBag Alert is provided at no cost. No payment is required, and therefore no refunds apply to free accounts.
2. Paid Subscriptions
If you have purchased a paid subscription to HBag Alert, the following refund policy applies:

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal if:
- The Service did not function as described
- You experienced significant technical issues that prevented use of the Service
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@hbagalert.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal
- Failure to purchase a product after receiving a valid alert (product availability is not guaranteed)
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Change of mind after the 14-day period
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends
