HBag Alert provides product availability monitoring and notification services. We track product stock levels across various retailers and notify registered users when products become available. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Notifications

While we strive to deliver accurate and timely notifications, we do not guarantee that:

• All alerts will be delivered instantly or without delay
• Product availability information is 100% accurate at all times
• You will be able to purchase a product after receiving an alert

6. Fees and Payment

HBag Alert offers both free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by HBag Alert. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBag Alert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
